Marlie’s Grace’s session took place the day after Thanksgiving. Once you scroll down and see the images, you’ll know why that is of significance. We were seriously on a boat! In Lake Norman!!! At the end of November!!!! What? This winter has definitely had it’s share of craziness!
But on to the adorable Marlie Grace…
Lacy's photo shoot was the best kind of Angel Session. She wasn't leaving this Earth. In fact, she was about to go off to her forever home as a service and protection dog. Her mom and trainer of four years wanted to document the love she has for this amazing dog before her very hard goodbye just days after our shoot. That was four years of teaching, practicing, perfecting skills. Oh, and that came with a huge side of compassion and love. And I could see why right away... Every year, Lake Norman Currents Magazine celebrates the pets of the Lake Norman area with their annual pet issue. They host a fun contest with tons of dogs - small to large, fluffy to bald. I tell you what. I think dogs are absolutely gorgeous and special animals. However, Karma here knows he's extra fabulous! He is a German Shorthair Pointer that can frequently be seen in the show ring. In fact, after our session together, I went to one of his shows and he won Best of Breed right then and there! Right?!?!?!
