Back on the night of Christmas 2020, the temps in South Carolina dipped to around 19 degrees. Yeaaaaaah…that night, Santa didn’t bring me a present. Yep, I got left a lump of coal. Numerous - and I mean numerous - busted pipes. I have finally gotten around (and it’s gotten warm enough) to fix them. No, I had no idea what I was doing. No, it wasn’t fun in the least. And yes, it took me 3 full days parked in my sister’s driveway to accomplish it. But hey, now it’s done and my van has running water again! And I don’t mean running as in spraying the back of cabinets and dripping all over the floors. 😂
Now why do I bring all that up? Well, as some of you know, I travel quite a bit in my camper van and I love to offer photo shoots of pets along the way. I’m gearing up to *hopefully* hit the road next month. I thinking some stops will be Flagstaff, Phoenix, and Dallas. Let me know if you’re in or plan on being in those areas next month and would like to line something up!
Another place I’d love to travel to again soon is the BEACH! Agh! Beach sessions are hands down my favorite. I love to splash around and get all sandy while the dogs just let loose and have the time of their lives!
Last year I met up with little Diesel here. He was still a fresh little puppy and this was his very first time in the sand or on the beach. It was a little overwhelming for him at first but once he figured out what that grainy beige stuff was, he was happy as a clam!
Then he realized you could dig in that beige stuff. Game changer!
Diesel wasn’t a fan of the crashing ocean waves. They were just a little too much for his tiny body. However, he was perfectly content with the tidal pools. They were more to his comfort level. 😂
I hope you enjoyed checking out Diesel’s playtime at Hunting Island Beach! If you are interested in a beach session or any fun travel destination, let me know and I’ll see what I can arrange! Fingers crossed we can meet and have the most amazing photo shoot!
